Application Requirement
- Hold a valid license or nursing homes license issued by the Social Welfare or Department of Health.
- The residential home (RCHE) should be operated for at least half year.
Accreditation Fees (from 1 January 2019 onwards)
Accreditation fees include: Application fee, Initial Accreditation,
Recertification Accreditation and Annual Surveillance Audits.

* The number of beds is according to the approval provided by the Social Welfare Department or the Department of Health.
(The above fees will take effect on 1st January
2019. We will adjust the fees if necessary)
Application Procedures
- Complete the application form HKAGAS001。Application form (PDF)
- Submit the application form with a cheque paying the application fee $1000 payable to "Hong Kong Association of Gerontology”. (Please specify the name of the residential home on the back of check and a stamped return envelope.)
- Provide a copy of the valid license granted by Social Welfare Department or Department of Health.
- The application fee is non- refundable.
