The course is designed for domestic helpers in assisting daily activities and necessities of elderly people. This course aims to

• equip domestic helpers the knowledge and skills for elderly care
• train domestic helpers to support elderly persons in adopting healthy lifestyles and reducing their health risk factors.The course entail both the theoretical lectures and practical exercises with demonstrations to participants.

本課程的目標旨在為家庭傭工培訓在家照顧長者技能及護理知識，長者由已培訓的外籍傭工照顧，可令長者有一個健康、安全的生活。課程以實用與技能為中心為教學策略，務求家庭傭工完成課程後可以應用於在家照顧長者。
