Impartiality

Residential Aged Care Accreditation Scheme (hereinafter:：Accreditation Division) believes that during the accreditation process, being impartial and positive solutions to conflicts and maintains objectivity. Accreditation Division agreed provide accreditation in an impartial way. In any case, Accreditation Division shall not be：

Offer or provide advice services on accreditation achievement;
Offer or provide internal audits services to its certified clients;
Subcontract or outsource any accreditation to management system consultancy organization.

The Anti-Bribery Laws

Like other private sector companies, Accreditation Division are required to abide by the laws of Hong Kong in their business operations to ensure fair competition and keep the industry corruption free. The top management, committees and employees to understand and observe the following provisions of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201) Section 9 when they carry out accreditation duties or business transactions.
