List of withdrawal
(Up to 10/4/2021)

If the RCHEs failed to complete the annual review or re-certification within the certification is valid; ; or RCHE requests suspension and withdraw, and the suspension period exceeded 6 months,   the RCHEs will be put in the list of withdraw RCHEs and the accreditation certificate no longer valid. The RCHE is required to apply accreditation again.
